TKE Tennis Court Challenge

Help Us With Our Goal!

Lyon College is a great place, and what makes it better is having tennis courts! The Xi Tau Chapter of TKE at Lyon College is sponsoring the TKE Tennis Court Challenge to raise. This fundraiser was set up to benefit not only the students of Lyon College but the whole Batesville community. Many people, especially students at Batesville High School and Southside High School use their courts for games, practice, tournaments, and much more. These courts have seen better days and that's what we want to bring back. The money fundraised will be used to repair and seal cracks, resurface and paint all six courts, and provide new windscreens, permanent concrete net posts, and spectator setting. This is a partnership between the Xi Tau Chapter of TKE, Lyon College, and Batvesille and Southside High Schools. Any amount would be appreciated since our goal as a chapter is to have this fundraiser done by our founding date (1/27/26). Again any amount would beĀ appreciatedĀ to bring these once dilapidated courts back to life, better than before!

The Xi-Tau Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon at Lyon College was installed as a chapter on January 27, 1973.

Since 1899, Tau Kappa Epsilon has never had an exclusionary clause for membership. TKE does not judge men on their wealth, rank or honor, but instead on their personal worth and character.

Our mission is to "to aid men in their mental, moral, and social development for life." In essence, we build Better Men for a Better World.
